If your apartment complex is more than 100 houses, we provide internet access upto 64 Kbps to your customers FREE.

Not only do we do that, we also provide facilities like wireless access, international calling at discount rates, remote surveillance, etc.

All this at no cost to the builder / developer.

Landline Telephony (Normal Telephone line):
GTTPL wires up every apartment in your complex with a pre-allocated Pune local landline telephone number. This means that all a resident needs to do is call us 24 hours before they move in to have it active and waiting for them.

The land lines are crystal clear since the exchange in this case is at the base of the building and not more than a kilometer away as is normally the case. This also means that you can get more land lines within minutes on a temporary basis for all those unforeseen times.
 

Some of the other benefits include fractional month billing such as if the apartment is on rental and is being vacated on lets say 20th of a month, all you need to do is inform us 3 days earlier and your bill for that month would be prepared and be ready for you before your tenant vacates.
 

Calls to your local exchange are FREE for you. If you wish to run a budgeted system, you can also avail of our prepaid facility thereby meaning no budgetary overruns.
 

International Incoming Phone Numbers:
We understand that a lot of Pune residents have International communication needs. We understand that they need to be able to give the convenience to their business associates and even their family members to contact them at a number in their local country.

With the advent of technology, you as an International entity no longer need to have a Pune number for people to call you on. You can now choose your incoming phone number from a large number of countries such as UK, USA, Germany, etc. If people call that number from anywhere in the world , the residents phone body in Pune will ring.*

Cheap outgoing International calls:
We at GTTPL know that your communication is not just one sided with incoming calls. Therefore you can now make your outgoing International calls from your phone at Waterfront at a fraction of the cost that you would normally pay. For example a call to Australia will cost you Rs. 5.00/- per minute from your GTTPL wired home, whereas from other lines, it will cost maybe double and more.

Internet Bandwidth:
The Residential Complex is prewired and ready for internet bandwidth. The schemes available are from 64 Kbps to a whopping 4 Mbps account all at a rate favorably comparable to the market.
 

These accounts have been designed with a lower than normal sharing ratio than used in India for broadband connections, keeping in mind the clientele profile of Waterfront and their possible surfing needs. The protocols chosen are designed to be connect able by almost all commonly available devices including most routers , PS2 & Xbox gaming machines , etc.
